You will be supported by experienced consulting, engineering, and delivery teams whose expertise is second to none. Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities. About You: Approx. 10 – 12 years of experience in business development within the transport & logistics, travel, and/or hospitality sectors in Australia. Proven track record of business development and new customer acquisition. Strong understanding of the sales process and closing techniques. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with decision makers up to C level. Highly motivated and result-oriented. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior working experience in the technology, consulting or IT services sector is advantageous. Comfortable working within an international and multicultural organisation. Tertiary qualifications in business or a related field are desirable. Full working rights in Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
