Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr Senior Business Process Analyst 12 Month FTC $150k-$160k + Super Role Overview: Work with stakeholders and teams to gather and document the business architecture (business processes / customer journeys, operating models, information requirements, capability needs and maturity) on a new risk transformation program Through collaboration with Business, Data and Technology, design and validate target state operating models and processes / customer journeys Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to structure an efficient design and implementation approach, leveraging existing principles around Agile, Lean and Human-Centred Design Execute design of new processes Support end-to-end process architecture, ensuring these remain up to date and in compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management framework and the Process Governance Framework Skills & Experience: Experience in business process design, business analysis and process improvement Proven track record in solving problems and improving processes/customer journeys to meet stakeholders’ needs Strong experience in practical application of Lean Six Sigma methodology Experience with process modelling tools (Visio) and associated methodologies (e.g. BPMN) Ability to translate information clearly to the business and experience with customer journey mapping in all key stages Working knowledge of Business Architecture and Target Operating Model work considered a plus Excellent verbal and written communication and proven quality stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts What's on Offer: Opportunity to work on a significant transformation program in its infancy Direct exposure to C-Suite and Senior executives, Work alongside some of the best project professionals in the market and a very high caliber team – great exposure and growth opportunities 12 month FTC Competitive salary on offer - $150k-$160k + Super How to apply: If you have the above experience and you’re a Business Process Analyst with experience working on risk, regulatory or controls uplift transformations, we would love to hear from you - please click apply!
