About the Opportunity The role of Senior Change & Communications Manager will be to work with senior stakeholders (internal & external to programs) to design, deliver and implement fit for purpose change management and communications strategies and plans using the Metcash Delivery Success framework. Working within the centralised IT Controls team, the role will work to drive faster adoption and higher utilisation to increase value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. In this Role Change program/portfolio leadership – providing vision and clarity whilst removing blockers to deliver business outcomes Internal communications and capability - leading the design, delivery and management of all program/ portfolio communications and capability uplift programs Key stakeholder engagement - leading the design and delivery of key stakeholder engagements across the program/ portfolio. Business Readiness – Ensuring business is ready and able to adopt program/portfolio changes successfully Change impacts analysis – Ensuring program impacts are clearly understood and addressed for all stakeholders Delivery Success Method partnering with Group Head of Change to develop and evolve of framework, tools and learning pathways to build change capability across Metcash You’re Likely a Match If 5+ years Experience in delivering large scale, complex IT change agendas in an agile environment. Strong leadership capability with a focus on coaching and empowering a dispersed team to deliver outcomes. Program experience in complex, matrix organizations with internal and external change and communication components Strong stakeholder management and presence with a focus on executive and senior management Ability to connect and communicate across all levels of business to champion a change management charter An ability to influence & gain stakeholder buy-in by building strong & effective internal and external working relationships Proactive, resourceful with a focus on with a focus on driving a holistic approach to change Strong commercial acumen to enable input into business decision making Formal qualifications in Change Management Strong skills with Microsoft Office and other change and collaboration tools Life at Metcash Hybrid working arrangements – 3 days office / 2 days remote.
