Benefits to successful applicants: Flexible hybrid work arrangements Opportunity to work with a renowned and supportive team Professional development and training in the insurance industry Engaging company culture promoting teamwork and community involvement Access to industry leading tools, technologies and networking events Duties and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end claims across general lines of insurance Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring clear and timely communication Assess and process claims in line with company policies and insurer guidelines Negotiate settlements with insurers to achieve the best possible results for clients Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and reporting standards are met Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve timely and effective claims resolution Ensure high levels of service, professionalism, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations We Are Looking For Someone With: Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance broking claims environment, with a preference for general lines experience Tier 1, preferable Diploma Insurance Broking Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail Proven negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex claims scenarios A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple claims efficiently If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
