Position: Senior Customer Account Manager As a Senior Customer Account Manager in our Australian branch, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, winning new business, and expanding our customer base. You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success. Working in conjunction with the Director of Sales and the existing Sales team from the PAG Group worldwide, you will help drive a culture of being Hungry, Humble, and wanting to Win. The main focus for this role is driving new business opportunities in order for the market share to grow. You will be highly motivated and target-driven to get results. The ideal candidate will possess a keen willingness to learn with an innate ability to connect with new customers and close sales. You'll have a genuine passion for listening to our customers' needs and providing the best solutions. To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: Innovative and strategic business acumen A passion for customer service and building rapport with clients Ability to understand and communicate technical issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident working autonomously and within a team Well versed in stakeholder management Prior experience in the Aviation industry will be highly regarded You'll also be highly motivated and determined to succeed, with a solid work ethic that drives you to exceed targets and achieve success.
