Based in Brisbane | Executive leadership contract role now available The role Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Enterprise Solutions, the role of Senior Director Programs is to provide strategic direction and leadership in delivering major multi-faceted ICT-enabled programs. These programs will drive substantial digital and business transformation within Queensland Health's corporate solutions and workforce management. The role involves working in partnership with the Corporate Enterprise Solutions Leadership Team to ensure the successful development and implementation of these programs. The successful person The successful candidate for the Senior Director Programs role must demonstrate values-based leadership to enhance team cohesiveness and performance. They should have a proven track record in delivering ICT enabled implementations, particularly SAP and Workforce management solutions, and managing change in complex environments. The candidate must possess strong conceptual and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions for large-scale change programs. Effective engagement with senior stakeholders is crucial for supporting business change. Expert knowledge in ICT governance and project management practices, including business case development and financial management, is essential. The candidate should have at least five years of experience in program/project management within large service providers, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage ICT-enabled programs and their transition to service, continuously adding value to the organisation through realisation of the benefit strategy.
