Business Manager at The Andersen Partnership The Andersen Partnership has been instructed to find a strong Employment Senior Lawyer with a diverse background of employment law experience at Senior Associate level and above to join the team of one of our clients who are a global and top tier practice employing over 2000 lawyers across 70 offices. This is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career by working on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters with an excellent deal of autonomy in a standalone position supporting the Managing Partner and wider team. This opportunity also brings great prospects for progression into partnership for the right role. Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Acting for and advising global, multinational, and local clients on a range of issues, including start up employment infrastructure, corporate governance and senior executive incentive schemes. Defending clients on large scale and complex employment disputes in the local courts and in the financial centres. Advising clients on settlement of disputes and drafting settlement agreements. Providing advice and support to clients on a full range of employment issues, including recruitment and sponsorship procedures, remuneration and benefits packages, grievance and disciplinary procedures and issues arising on the termination of employment. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring the following: An extensive background in employment law with the ability to work on a diverse workload and client base. Ability to work autonomously on employment law matters but supporting the wider team when required. A proven background working with large and multinational clients. Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships.
