About the role: Working with a highly experienced Principal , across a diverse range of workplace matters. Providing advice and training to Human Resources and in-house legal clients. Work on employment related claims, such as breach of contract, discrimination, unfair dismissal, sexual harassment, WHS and underpayment of wages . Reviewing and drafting contracts, settlements and policies. The ideal candidate: Senior Lawyer (5+ PQE), with proven experience in employment and industrial relations. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records. Ability and willingness to mentor junior lawyers. A team player capable of working independently. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines. Contact Sophie today!
