To help us achieve this we are seeking a Senior Health Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to join our team. To Succeed In This Role You Will Have Relevant degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of WHS legislation and practices. C class driver’s license and White card. Audit, investigation, and rehabilitation certifications. Experience in risk management and reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and improvement-focused mindset. On a Typical Day This Role Will Provide expert advice on HSW and injury management legislation. Facilitate risk management activities and support our safety management system. Coach leaders and team members on managing safety and wellbeing risks. Support strategic objectives, including the Safety & Wellbeing Action Plan. Develop and review HSW policies and procedures. Conduct assurance activities (audits, inspections, etc.). Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Provide timely HSW advice and data analysis. Compile and present HSW performance reports. Manage health, wellbeing, and injury cases. Deliver training, workshops, and promotion activities. Ensure compliance with HSW systems and policies. Foster relationships to promote safety awareness. Remuneration And Benefits Employment Type: Full time, Permanent 35 hours per week Salary (exclusive of super): In the range of $104,832 to $121,832 depending on skills and experience PLUS 11.5% Superannuation This role also qualifies for vehicle allowance or leaseback.
