About the role This is a full-time opportunity located in Brisbane CBD. The Senior Service Management Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Stanwell’s IT Service Management policies and processes. The secondary function of the Senior IT Service Management Specialist is to maintain the ICT Asset management lifecycle activities (hardware and software) from procurement to decommissioning. Key activities include: Technical Leadership: Lead and guide the governance aspects of the Service Management processes and associated technology systems, providing expertise, best practices, and driving outcomes to ensure adherence of processes and implementation of changes where required. Asset Management: Maintain the ICT Hardware and Software Asset Management lifecycle including tracking serial numbers, warranties, and contract agreements. IT Procurement: Support the acquisition processes for IT hardware and software. Service Transition: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Service Transition practices are understood and implemented. Security: Implement robust security measures and best practices for Service Management to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards. About you Proven experience in IT Service Management and Asset Management. Hands-on experience in leading a Change Advisory Board at an enterprise level. Hands-on experience configuring and enhancing an IT Service Management system. Hands-on experience managing CMDB systems (Service Manager and ServiceNow are desirable).
