What You'll Do: You’ll be part of the team responsible for expanding our Emma e-commerce business in Australia. You will own marketing channel/s and are expected to create and execute on projects to reach channel targets. You will take ownership of analytical projects end to end from extracting and exploring data to providing actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders within and outside the team to ensure alignment with the country’s plans and objectives. You will take on ad-hoc tasks that ultimately lead to growth of the business. Who We're Looking For: Experience handling and negotiating with external partners (influencers, affiliates, agencies, etc.) driving effective partnerships. Creative problem-solver; has a knack for finding solutions for complex problems, experience navigating the intricacies of the Australian market a plus. Data-driven individual that's able to leverage numbers to inform decisions, track performance, and define strategy.
