Senior Legal Counsel - Banking & Finance You will be joining a leading global investment management firm as a Senior Legal Counsel in Sydney within a growing and dynamic legal team. About the Company The company is a leading global investment management firm with a strong focus on development, collaboration, and providing opportunities for success. About the Role Responsibilities include: Provide legal support on regulatory and commercial matters for CFD and stockbroking businesses in APAC. Advise senior management on legal risks and ensure compliance with financial services regulations. Supervise and mentor junior legal professionals, fostering team collaboration. Oversee contract negotiations, regulatory disclosures, and external legal engagements. Support various business functions (marketing, HR, IT) with legal guidance. Manage disputes, client issues, and litigation matters as needed. About You You have: Minimum 7 PQE with current practicing certificate and relevant legal qualifications.
