Senior Manager / Associate Director Corporate Communications (Sydney) Summary: My client is an award-winning communications consultancy firm looking for a Senior Manager / Associate Director to support its growing healthcare accounts in Sydney. The agency has a clear career progression and works on integrated marketing campaigns. You will work with clients to make a difference in global health. If you are interested in a challenging, diverse, and rewarding environment, THIS IS THE ROLE! Responsibilities: Strategize and implement communication plans for the client including content calendar, long-term strategies, and corporate reputation. Develop and oversee communications assets for the target audience including press releases, social media content, and thought leadership. Build and maintain relationships with clients in different segments such as healthcare, nutrition, ESG. Lead and manage client relationships, maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the Business Development team to generate leads and proposals. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform and advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions. About you: 6+ years of experience in PR/communications (agency required, healthcare comms experience preferred). Excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience in a client-focused role (ideal). Updated with ongoing trends and themes in healthcare communication practices. Professional work ethic and willingness to lead. Mature, driven and can mentor the team to success.
