We work to reimagine a new way forward for our 1.1 million members and their communities.Your New Role Note: This is a 12 month fixed term position The Senior Manager Growth Platforms and Partnerships is responsible for identifying, evaluating, delivering and optimising new ecosystem partnerships, channels and distribution opportunities for the Fund, in support of the fund's strategic objectives. The role provides commercial expertise on the role strategic partnerships can play in addressing emerging or realised business opportunities.In this role some of your responsibilities will include: Develop new ecosystem partnerships, channels or commercial ventures that provide opportunities for the Fund to acquire, engage and retain members, employers or advisers in our priority segments. To drive value optimisation of the HR Platform channel through ongoing performance monitoring and alignment of functionality and commercial arrangements to areas of greatest opportunity. Manage commercial arrangements with platforms to deliver optimal results. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or economics. Demonstrated track record of liaising with people at all levels and building productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, requiring management of competing priorities. Demonstrated highly developed analytical and conceptual problem solving skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret and communicate emerging trends and develop strategic responses. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the superannuation, advice and financial services industry, including legislation, regulations and market trends. Ability to partner with and influence across internal stakeholders and external businesses. Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
