NSA is seeking an experienced General Insurance leader to drive growth, business development, and sustainability within our critical insurance product portfolio. As part of our Executive Leadership Team, you will have the unique opportunity to: Lead the strategic growth of NSA’s insurance offerings, the key revenue source supporting our mission. Develop member-focused products tailored to the financial, health, and lifestyle needs of seniors. Oversee regulatory compliance, manage key partnerships, and represent NSA in industry forums. Strategically guide NSA’s contact centre—a key differentiator in our service delivery. Be instrumental in supporting the shaping of insurance solutions for older Australians. About You: We are seeking a leader with a background in either the general insurance, financial services or banking sectors, with: Extensive experience in the general insurance industry (underwriting, brokerage, or operations). Demonstrated experience in distribution of general insurance products to membership-based organisations, Affinity groups or similar. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve strategic objectives. A passion for improving operational systems and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Experience, knowledge and awareness with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements. A track record of driving business growth and delivering strategic projects and initiatives. An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering member-centric solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced qualifications or industry certifications (ANZIIF, CIP). Experience in scaling operations or leading growth strategies.
