Senior Manager, Integration and Delivery Job Description Full time, Max-Term opportunity – 12 months Sydney or Adelaide based and hybrid working Be responsible for assisting the delivery of the Enterprise UNITE Program Our Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to be responsible for assisting the delivery of the Enterprise UNITE program and other key strategic initiatives. This role aims to ensure that solutions are customer-focused, improve business performance, minimize risks, and are best in class in Financial Crime prevention. How will I help? As a Senior Manager, Integration & Delivery, you will work closely with the FCS leadership team, the Project Leads, Executive Manager, and other roles within FCS Projects and Change to ensure a holistic and strategic view on assessing change impacts and demand prioritization. The role is responsible for adhering to the FCS approach to project management and governance to ensure delivery outcomes are met. Utilizing a delivery approach, you will focus on driving operational excellence and maintaining good disciplines through strong project governance, collaborative partnerships, leveraging best practices, advanced technologies, and proven project management methodologies. Link UNITE program and FCS, ensuring business needs, SLAs, and KPIs are met Identify synergies between external demands and FCS initiatives Drive FCS strategic roadmap, assessing impacts Ensure strong project leadership and governance Manage project progress, costs, risks, and decisions Facilitate seamless transition from design to execution Support consistency and best practices in project delivery Operational Excellence: Support execution to the FCS strategy in line with priorities and a focus on strategic initiatives Ensure delivery is in line with the FCS Projects and Change frameworks and methodologies, including agile ways of working People and Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop business analysts, providing strategic and tactical direction for project delivery and change management Build relationships with senior stakeholders and the broader FC organization Align with Financial Crime Tech and FCTP Collaborate with P&C teams for smooth transitions Leverage insights from FCS leaders and teams What do I need? To excel in this role, you will need experience with transformation program management and a strong understanding of technology, systems, and processes. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective business solutions. Project management skills are highly regarded, as is an in-depth working knowledge of best practices, tools, and methodologies, including agile ways of working. Further advantageous qualities and experience include: Experienced people leadership skills Outstanding partnering and stakeholder influencing skills Effective collaborative skills when working with multiple project teams and business partners Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking across large-scale programs Proactive in identifying solutions Experience within Financial Services Experience within Financial Crime (highly regarded) What’s it like to work there?
