Senior Marketing Manager, Member Experience- Acquisition & Onboarding Contract Supporting millions of Aussies since 1988 with low fees and competitive long-term performance. Rest will review applications prior to the closing date and may close the role earlier. 12 months fixed term contract Sydney location, hybrid working Collaborative team environment This is a key role within the Member Experience team focused primarily on acquisition and onboarding of new members and employers. You’ll work within a collaborative team environment to: Help shape the design of member experiences to create super our members love in the acquisition and onboarding phase of the member lifecycle. Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies and communications to help members onboard seamlessly and in an engaging way. Support the acquisition and onboarding of new employer and member relationships. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Design and implement omni-channel marketing strategies to deliver a target member experience that will engage and delight members in the acquisition and onboarding phase. Develop data-driven interactions that support the target member experience employing agile methodologies where required to deliver at pace. Lead highly focused marketing strategies to acquire and onboard members and employers via a range of channels. Lead a small team of marketing professionals effectively, role-modelling Rest values and uplifting engagement and capability. Lead and support other teams in the delivery of campaigns and marketing experience activity, as required. Manage backlog prioritization and team capacity and planning. Work with internal and external agencies to develop creative approaches that help deliver on our mission to make super simple. Work closely with teams across Rest to ensure marketing activities are coordinated and aligned to Rest brand standards and the desired member experience. Required experience, understanding or credentials including: Strong experience in CRM, campaign marketing, customer experience or related disciplines. Familiarity with superannuation, financial services or similar regulated industry environment. Ability and willingness to adopt agile delivery methodologies. A willingness to innovate, test and learn as a fundamental way of operating. Strong commercial acumen to effectively identify and act on growth opportunities. Proven ability to develop plans in consultation with key stakeholders. Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and resource demands. Track record of leading successful teams and developing individuals. Natural leadership ability which inspires performance within your team. People leadership experience. A team player with highly developed interpersonal skills. High energy and resilience levels.
