Senior Trade Overseer – FM Electrical 5D – Kirkconnell Correctional Centre Location: Kirkconnell Correctional Centre Employment type: Ongoing, Full Time Salary: $101,981.00 pa + Incidental Allowance + Leave Loading + Superannuation Your Role We are currently seeking a Senior Trade Overseer to join the team at the Kirkconnell Facilities Maintenance Correctional Centre. As a Senior Trade Overseer, you will be responsible for providing leadership and mentoring to Overseers as well as supervising and developing inmates through managing, coaching, instructing, and encouraging them to develop and improve on their work skills. You will plan, schedule, and oversee the activities of the team to ensure productivity efficiency and other commercial objectives are achieved whilst ensuring all Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Management requirements and customer service needs are met. Qualifications Required Please click here to review the role description: Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice or capacity to complete Certificate III in Correctional Practice in accordance with specified CSNSW timeframes. Current NSW Drivers Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing your role. Relevant trade qualifications: Minimum Cert III level in Electrical or similar related trades and hold a current electrical contractor’s license. Essential Requirements Experience which demonstrates the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities as detailed in the role description. Proven post trade experience. Ability and willingness to work across trades as required. Please note: There is a requirement to participate in an after-hours on-call roster to support operations.
