ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Senior Packaging Designer to join our Cotton On Kids team on a Permanent Part-Time basis (3 days per week). In this role, you will oversee the packaging and labeling components of our business, ensuring all packaging aligns with brand identity, compliance requirements, and customer experience. You will be responsible for creating die lines, managing artwork, and working closely with Compliance to meet safety, legal, and sustainability standards. This role requires strong self-management, the ability to problem-solve technical design challenges, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including Buyers, Product Developers, and Marketing. If you have experience in packaging design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finished artwork, we’d love to hear from you. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Degree / qualification in a relevant field i.e. Graphic Design, Textiles etc. Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Graphic Designer role Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and MS Excel Proven ability in interpreting briefs and translating ideas into designs Confident liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers Ability to problem solve, take initiative and deliver on expectations and deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills as well as experience leading and coaching a team Strong planning, organisational and time management skills OUR CULTURE Our team members are a fun and playful group of people, and we are all here for the same reason - to create amazing experiences that have a positive impact on everyone we meet!
