As a Senior People Partner , you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, including the Managing Director, APAC. Your strategic acumen and proactive approach will address critical people challenges and empower decision-making that supports our ambitious goals. This role is your platform to enhance employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture during an exciting phase of global expansion. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance on scalable organisational structures, workforce planning, remuneration & benefits, career development, and employee relations. Drive commercial outcomes by partnering effectively across the operations of your portfolio. Coach leaders on performance management, supporting an environment of continuous learning and development. Design and lead P&C programs that align with our desired outcomes for your portfolio and bolster our performance culture. Enhance engagement within your stakeholder group to boost effort, commitment, and retention. What You Bring to the Role: At least 5 years of proven business partnering experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, preferably with GTM teams. Exceptional interpersonal and influential skills across all levels of an organisation. A proactive mindset, always on the lookout to add value, streamline processes, and prevent potential issues before they arise. Strong analytical abilities, utilising data to support decision-making and recommendations. Strategic vision with the ability to implement timely, purpose-fit solutions. Flexible communication style tailored to meet diverse audience needs.
