Base pay range A$85.00/hr - A$100.00/hr Connecting top-tier talent to the Victorian Government's Corporate Services sector The Role A State Government Agency is seeking a Senior People and Culture Business Partner for an initial six-month contract with a strong possibility of extension / permanent. They require experienced Business Partners to provide hands-on support and strategic HR advice in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Responsibilities Act as a trusted business partner, proactively engaging with stakeholders to understand workforce needs. Provide expert advice on workforce planning, change management, and HR strategy. Support organisational change, ensuring compliance with Victorian Government legislation and Fair Work Australia guidelines. Use data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and improve business outcomes. About You 5-7 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in government, infrastructure, or major projects. A strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. Skilled in stakeholder management, workforce planning, and change processes. Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and drive HR initiatives.
