Senior Project Manager: 2+ years contract THE CLIENT: Our client is a leading name in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, undertaking a major upgrade at their Braeside facility. They are seeking an experienced SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER to oversee the live-site fit-out, ensuring compliance with stringent health and safety regulations while working in a highly controlled environment.THE ROLE: This is a minimum two-year fixed-term contract and will see you managing the full construction lifecycle of a pharmaceutical factory upgrade within a live manufacturing environment . You'll be responsible for ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations.EXPECTATIONS: Project Management Experience in commercial, industrial, or fit-out projects Experience with working in regulated, live environments Fitout experience with manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or healthcare builds would be ideal Ability to manage subcontractors on a daily basis Strong knowledge of compliance and safety regulations Excellent stakeholder management – ability to collaborate with engineers, maintenance, and process improvement teams Problem-solving mindset – ability to manage ambiguity and evolving project requirements COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Up to $200K + super Subsidised staff canteen & on-site gym Free parking Option to purchase additional annual leave Discounted products THE ENVIRONMENT: This role is within a unionised manufacturing facility , requiring a construction professional who can navigate a highly regulated workplace , adapt to changes, and liaise effectively with internal teams.
