The role includes: delivering high quality project and business outcomes that meet agreed strategic objectives. understanding change management principles and strategies and how to successfully lead change. understanding and planning for current and future workforce needs. managing change and transition of employees. ensuring a clear focus on the successful delivery of outcomes at all times. communicating progress of project activity and deliverables. working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders. About the Business SafeWork SA is a business unit within Attorney-General’s Department and is responsible for providing work, health and safety, public safety, and state-based industrial relations services across South Australia. As a regulator, our Investigators and Inspectors ensure work, health and safety, and public safety standards are met, and appropriate action is taken when breaches of laws are detected. We also help people better understand their work health and safety responsibilities.
