Senior Security and Facilities Management Officer Join the Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) as Senior Security and Facilities Officer in our Security and Facilities Management team, People and Culture. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who can manage and coordinate all aspects of building and facilities management, fleet management, as well as asset administration. To thrive in this role, you will need to be very organised and have good project management skills. You will also need to be a great communicator as you will work daily with staff, external contractors, and security officers. You’ll play a vital role in our team providing expert advice and personal energy to a dynamic role. The People and Culture team, Corporate Services function is comprised of two teams – human resources and security and facilities management. Both teams work closely together to deliver exceptional service outcomes to our staff. The role includes but is not limited to: Managing the lease, servicing, repair, cleaning, replacement, insurance claims and disposal of vehicles. Asset administration including identification, acquisition; depreciation and disposal in accordance with the Financial Management and Performance Manual (FMPM) and Treasury reporting requirements. Conducting the Commission's annual physical asset stock take. Developing and maintaining an optimum maintenance and replacement strategy including assessment of asset useful life and impairment. Managing the cleaning, general repairs and minor alterations, and building-related issues for Green Square facilities, including liaising with building management and Commission staff. Managing and reviewing building maintenance agreements. Managing the allocation of the Commission's shared facilities and equipment such as meeting/project rooms and parking bays. Managing the Commission's general insurance requirements with QGIF.
