As a Senior Risk and Governance Advisor , you will apply expertise in corporate and program settings to support our clients pursue their organisational objectives. You will lead a talented team and contribute significantly to the design and structure of project content, critically distilling and translating complex data into recommendations, and managing small to medium sized projects. Together, we will work with clients to establish fit for purpose governance arrangements; de-risk operations, programs or new initiatives; and design and implement bespoke monitoring and evaluation strategies to support our clients in delivering public value. In this role, you will create value by: Supporting the delivery of engagements with government and for-purpose clients with multi-disciplinary teams; Engaging clients in a broad range of topics and industries, including energy, climate, health and community services; Working closely with government and for-purpose clients to provide advice, implementation, and assurance over program design, monitoring, processes, controls and tools for effective governance, risk and benefits management; Applying your intellectual curiosity and willingness to deliver superior outcomes and experiences for our clients; Building relationships with peers and colleagues across our risk, infrastructure and advisory capabilities to drive client value; Demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. Technically, you will bring to the position: A desire to gain experience with government / public sector / not-for-profit organisations; Willingness to apply your skills in a multitude of challenging projects that encourage your development; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to deliver exceptional analytical products and outcomes in agreed timeframes; Qualifications in engineering, business, behavioural economics, commerce, risk, governance or organisational psychology preferred; Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative / qualitative analytics, collaborative engagement and stakeholder management; Experience in one or more dimensions of contemporary governance and program design, risk, or compliance elements; Previous government or professional services experience is highly desirable.
