TEN Recruitment is working with a well-established commercial builder in Perth to find an experienced Senior Site Manager . This position offers the chance to manage large-scale commercial projects valued up to $100M , working for a company renowned for delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to uphold quality standards. Ensure full compliance with WHS regulations and site safety protocols . Track project progress , address any delays, and implement effective solutions. Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the project team . Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates. Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track. What You’ll Need Proven experience managing commercial projects up to $100M . Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and WHS requirements . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities . Ability to oversee multiple subcontractors while ensuring project quality. Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools . Must be Perth-based with full Australian work rights.
