As the Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships Officer, you will work with limited supervision as part of the Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships team in the Strategic Communications & Data directorate to provide senior level support to awareness & engagement strategies, client management, campaign delivery, internal communications, partnership arrangements & project management work within the Strategic Communications (SC) team at the Office of Industrial Relations (OIR).You’ll contribute to & lead when required OIR’s sponsorship & trade event program to further our brand reach & raise awareness. You will work within an agile, multi-disciplinary team, & contribute your expertise to various communication & marketing projects & tasks in a project-based delivery model.You will aid in the development & implementation of OIR’s internal communication strategy.Key Responsibilities Include: Contribute to and lead when required OIR's sponsorship and trade event program. This includes co-ordinating collateral and working across the organisation to draft business cases, working with vendors to coordinate bookings, organising staffing of exhibitor booths and deliveries, and developing sponsorships prospectus for our own conference events. Lead and contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of communication, awareness and engagement activities that support OIR and Queensland Government strategic priorities and business needs. Guide, mentor, and support other SC team members to implement stakeholder, awareness and engagement activities. Develop and maintain working relationships with team members and other OIR business units to deliver awareness and engagement services in a timely manner and secure their assistance with engagement activities as required. Ensure work is of a professional, consistent quality, to budget and in accordance with SC standard operating procedures and Queensland Government writing and style guides.
