You'll shape the future of Power Platforms by streamlining workflows, automating processes, and delivering innovative solutions. By leveraging Microsoft 365 tools including PowerApps, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva, and Copilot, you will develop practical real-world applications.Your role involves driving the adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of these Microsoft 365 solutions.What you'll do Partner with stakeholders and use creative thinking to design, develop and deploy effective solutions that improve outcomes through automation, AI and integration opportunities from PowerPlatform tools and the M365 suite. Proactively work towards connecting our multi-application landscape by leveraging Microsoft 365 solutions. Encourage adoption of Microsoft 365 tools to enhance productivity, collaboration and engagement, underpinned by sound governance. Develop the PowerPlatform practice by advancing the Centre of Excellence, enhancing capabilities, fostering development, and implementing robust governance frameworks. Take an active role in the refresh and ongoing sustainability of our SharePoint Online intranet and associated implementation and integration of other M365 communication and collaboration tools. Grow internal capability in these areas by providing training, mentorship and support to team members. What you'll bring Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft applications - PowerPlatform (Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate), SharePoint Online, Teams, Viva and CoPilot. Experience in automation and provisioning solutions for Office 365. Real curiosity and proactivity to find better ways to do things and continually learn. Experience engaging with business stakeholders to understand, articulate and translate business problems into technical outcomes and solutions. Passion for developing in low-code tools and finding new and innovative ways to automate and apply AI.
