We specialise in a diverse range of business units that service the mining, civil, retail and commercial industries. Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking a Service Advisor/Purchasing Officer to join our service team. Based in Paget, this position will commence in February 2025. Working as part of the service team, the primary focus of the position will be to: Liaise and support the service team with invoicing and ordering parts. Assist customers with enquiries, bookings, and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email. Book, organise and liaise with customers regarding their service & repair requirements, ensuring information is relayed to appropriate people. Oversee the completion of jobs and ensure all documentation and information have been provided. Invoice and take payments. Operate specialised automotive computer software. Undertake any other duties requested by Management. Qualifications & Experience: Good planning skills with implementation and monitoring capabilities to direct and keep things on track. Enjoy managing multiple projects for customers with both immediate and long-term requests. Must be able to work unsupervised and/or within a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous. Why work for us?
