This role will suit a positive, ambitious and results driven individual who will enjoy being a part of a small team. This is an on-site role at our Park Holme office. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring Level 1 & 2 technical support. Perform on-site support, including installations, troubleshooting, and upgrades of hardware and network infrastructure. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference. Collaborate with other IT professionals, such as network administrators, software developers, or system engineers, to resolve complex issues. What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in an MSP or onsite support role. level 2 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Thorough understanding of common hardware, software, and networking technologies. Knowledge of IT service management best practices and procedures. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Relevant certifications would be an advantage.
