Job Description

We are currently seeking a Service Management Specialist - BI Apps. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) applications to our clients. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and enhancing the delivery of BI applications to clients. Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Overseeing incident management, problem management, and change management for BI applications. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management for BI applications. Strong understanding of BI concepts, tools, and technologies. Experience in managing and supporting BI applications such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
