Some of the key responsibilities will include: Responsible for delivery of HVAC projects up to $500,000 Collaborate with Operations Manager, Engineers, Project managers, administration, and Business development managers for exceptional project delivery Procurement of material and subcontractor Management Assist in the project progresses according to the schedule and within budget. Assist the subcontractors when required to complete projects. Assist in WHS activities and inspections on site ensuring all compliances are met Produce reports and client quotations as required Act as the primary point of contact between workers, contractors, and upper management. Update the project manager and other stakeholders on progress, challenges, and any delays. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers What makes you stand out The ideal candidate will demonstrate their experience in HVAC service, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes: Possess relevant State and National Trade Licenses (including but not limited to ARCTick, NREL, Construction Induction etc.) An understanding of pricing and estimation of Construction projects The ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
