Office Fitout Experience Required Are you an experienced Project Manager with a talent for managing fast-paced construction projects? We’re seeking proactive individuals to join our growing commercial office fit-out company, where you’ll take charge of exciting projects across Melbourne. As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the timely and high-quality delivery of our projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site from start to finish. At our company, we specialise in transforming commercial spaces into innovative, high-performance environments. With a focus on exceptional quality, we work closely with clients to tailor each office fit-out to inspire productivity and creativity. The Company A progressive and high-end building company specialising in the commercial fit out market Projects will run for a minimum of 2 months About the role: Day-to-day supervision of project site, suppliers & trades Manage multiple projects at a time Planning and monitoring work performance of sub-contractors and employees for all trade disciplines to meet project timelines, quality, cost, safety and performance standards Getting quotations from multiple suppliers Coordination of multiple trades to ensure smooth project delivery Ensure Occupational Health and Safety is adhered to on-site Attend and facilitate project meetings with internal and external stakeholders Inspections, defects listing and rectification A real desire to achieve and deliver projects on time Ensure the highest level of communication is maintained throughout Skills & Experience: Strong communication and time management skills are essential Good working knowledge of construction sequence and building regulations Ability to lead and push the job forward to ensure the completion of the project is on time and on budget The ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems efficiently Driver's License required To apply for this role, please submit your CV along with a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you're interested in joining our team.
