Starting as a 2IC in the business under an experienced Site Manager, you will typically be working in their New Build division on major commercial projects across education (secondary & tertiary) & Industrial. Learning how to put together full construction programmes whilst continually improving on both your building knowledge and management style, you will be working in well-resourced and professional construction teams. The business is one of the most recognised brands in the industry and you will be proud to represent them. They are conscious of industry hours and ensure their staff maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life, and they win the majority of their work through negotiated tender.
