About the Role A highly respected Tier 2 builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team for an upcoming large-scale industrial project in Regional NSW. This company has a 40+ year history, delivering high-quality government, commercial, education, health, and industrial projects valued up to $750 million. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site operations and ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Monitor project progress and report on key metrics, including time, cost, and quality. Work closely with subcontractors to ensure program milestones are met and site coordination runs smoothly. Enforce WHS compliance, ensuring all work is conducted under the relevant legislation and company safety systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders. Assist in the handover and defects phase, ensuring smooth project completion and client satisfaction. About You: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on large-scale industrial or commercial projects. Strong ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to program and quality expectations. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and resolve site challenges. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across the project team.
