Site Supervisor | Site Foreman - Tier 1 Builder Background Atlas Recruitment are recruiting several Site Supervisors | Foreman on behalf of a Tier 1 Builder in Melbourne. Our client is looking forward to a significant pipeline of work across Victoria in 2025, spanning Apartments, Mixed-use, Hotels, Sports & Data Centre projects between $100 – 600M in value.Due to new Apartment & Mixed-use builds commencing in Melbourne’s inner & southeast suburbs, our client has more than three immediate vacancies for experienced Structural Foreman | Supervisors who have experience in running projects north of $100M, ideally on the side of a Tier 1 or 2 Head Contractor.Roles and Responsibilities Day-to-day management of all daily site activities as well as on-site safety. Run the on-site budget and all trades until project completion. Manage the weekly programme and comply with business systems. Manage the activity of subcontractors and site labour. Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings. Consistently achieve and assist sub-contractors in their obligations to meet the highest quality of work. Support the Senior Site Manager when required. Ideal Candidate Will ideally come from a trade background or have a relevant 3rd level qualification. 5 Years + with a Tier 1 or 2 head contractors or large subcontractors. Experience in running structural packages on building projects. Head Contractor experience is preferred but not essential. Australian experience is a strong advantage.
