Construction Manager Required - 3rd tier multi-disciplinary builder Concise Recruitment has been retained by a long-term Client to secure a high-performing Construction Manager capable of managing a growing construction division which turns-over $50M+. Our Client is a well-known 3rd tier multi-disciplinary builder that's been in operation for over 20 years. They work across the commercial, education, and institutional market sectors delivering projects ranging in value from $1M - $30M and pride themselves on their ability to maintain long-term relationships with their loyal Client-base. They are one of the few builders that are currently growing in Victoria, and this growth means they are looking to split the projects and bring on an additional Construction Manager to manage 6 - 8 projects (and the associated project teams). To be considered, you will have extensive senior management experience in Melbourne within the commercial market sector (2nd or 3rd tier) in either a Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager position. You will have extensive Design & Construct experience and will have a stable employment history with a long list of references. You can come from a trade or tertiary background but must be equally comfortable in the boardroom as the site office! In return, the successful candidate will receive a permanent, long-term senior management position with one of Melbourne's most stable builders.
