A bit about the role: We’re on the hunt for a Social Media & Partnerships Manager ready to make an impact. In this brand-new role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and lead a best-in-class social media strategy - building brand engagement, growing a thriving community, and delivering real results. In this role, you’ll own and drive the social media presence for Melrose Health and FutureLab, ensuring our brands are authentically represented across organic and paid channels. You’ll also develop and manage key brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and affiliate programs to amplify our reach and drive customer acquisition. Some of the key areas you’ll look after are: Social Media Strategy & Content Creation – Plan, create, and execute a compelling organic and paid social media strategy that engages our audience and drives brand awareness. Brand Partnerships & Influencer Management – Develop and lead a best-in-class influencer, creator, and affiliate program that increases brand visibility and conversion. Performance Marketing – Work closely with media agencies and internal teams to develop and optimise paid social campaigns, ensuring strong ROI and brand alignment. Community Management – Build and nurture an engaged social media community, fostering meaningful conversations and strengthening brand loyalty. Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration – Work with internal teams, external agencies, and brand partners to bring high-quality content and campaigns to life. Performance Tracking & Reporting – Measure key metrics, analyse insights, and optimise strategies to drive continuous growth and engagement. This role is perfect for someone who is: A social media expert who knows how to create engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with different audiences, Passionate about influencer marketing, with a strong network and experience in building successful brand partnerships, A strategic thinker who understands both the creative and commercial side of social media, Skilled in content creation, from ideation to briefing, with hands-on experience in bringing content to life, including photography, and videography for social platforms, A data-driven marketer, comfortable analysing performance metrics to optimise content and campaign effectiveness, A self-starter, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment; and A team player who thrives on collaboration and can effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders. Some of the skills and experience you might bring to this role could be: 4+ years’ experience in a social media role, with a proven track record of growth, engagement, and high-quality content execution. Experience developing and managing influencer, brand partnership, and affiliate programs. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to tailor content for different channels. Proficiency in basic graphic design, photography, and video editing to create compelling, native content. Experience in the FMCG, health & wellness, or VMS industries (preferred but not essential). A Marketing, Communications, or related degree (or equivalent industry experience).
