More InformationWe are on the lookout for a passionate, performance-driven coach to join our dynamic team of squad coaches.Role: Squad Assistant CoachEmployment Type: CasualWe are looking for a coach with: Well-developed knowledge and understanding of swimming technique Knowledge of Swimming Australia’s progressive coaching model for junior and senior age group swimmers Recent experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring training programs Innovative methods to drive performance Sound administration skills Capacity to engage with and motivate both male and female junior athletes Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to manage individual differences and group dynamics Strong planning and analytical skills Pre-requisite qualifications: Provide First Aid CPR Teacher of Water Safety Through Their Eyes Working with Children Check Why join us: Be a part of a growing and dynamic team of coaches Enable swimmers to develop their skills and reach their potential How to apply: If you would like to grow your teaching skills and become a coach, we would love to discuss this with you.
