Medical Specialists VPS EA 2022 - 2026 (Specialist Year 1-9) 60.8 hours per fortnight Part Time, Permanent ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council. Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River. ERH seeks to appoint a high calibre applicant for the role of Staff Paediatrician within the Medical Services Division at Echuca Regional Health.Key responsibilities include: Manage paediatric inpatients, including neonates, within ERH’s capability framework Attend elective and emergency caesarian sections/instrumental deliveries as required Attend the Emergency Department to provide specialist consultations upon request Provide specialist consultation services at ERH for inpatient and community referrals Participate on the paediatrician on call roster Supervise accredited paediatric trainees and other doctors in training (DiTs) involved in the care of paediatric patients Qualifications/experience required: Specialist Registration with the Medical Board of Australia Significant experience in Paediatric medicine Demonstrated interest and commitment to education and training Working for ERH At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
