To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a State Account Manager for Victoria and Tasmania. This role will take charge of driving State Wholesale and Key Accounts revenue by developing and executing dynamic promotional strategies. Leverage all D&A lines and coordinate impactful marketing and in-store initiatives, ensuring alignment with our National Channel Strategy and key priorities. Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with your accounts, managing the customer engagement strategy for each distributor. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of our plans. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships in Wholesale and Key Accounts to drive growth across the TSSC portfolio. Support National Account Management plans by leveraging wholesalers for opportunities and efficiencies. Develop and implement National Promotional Programs to achieve AOP growth while managing D&A investment. Ensure promotional effectiveness, communicate strategies, and provide sales recommendations to maximize ROI. Conduct regular business reviews and develop strategies to combat competitors and leverage regional trends. Manage state O&A within AOP levels, negotiate terms, and partner with operational teams to implement Key Account strategies. Participate in Sales Planning Meetings, manage direct reports, and support SAE through coaching and business reviews. Provide timely and accurate product forecasts, manage financial claims, and work with finance on quarterly accrual reviews. Collaborate with Category Management to create useful sales tools for field teams. Qualifications About you: 5-7 years of account management experience in a state account or senior account executive role. Preferable to have Area Sales Management, in addition to the account management experience in an FMCG or similar industry. Ability to develop and execute regional sales and execution strategies. Strong negotiation skills at State and Regional levels. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to identify and communicate opportunities.
