Job Description
About The Role Do you enjoy improving current processes and systems? If you are an experienced Project Manager with strong SuccessFactors experience, then this could be your perfect long term contract role. Job Responsibilities Manage the onboarding project, working with the external implementation partner. Provide your expertise in the build stage of the platform. Represent the organisation as Project Manager and engage stakeholders through the implementation of the new onboarding system. Present payroll services department as project manager for a variety of upcoming projects. Other ad hoc duties as requested. Successful Applicant Strong experience using SuccessFactors 2.0 (including its implementation). Demonstrated long term project management experience. A hands-on and proactive attitude to support the organisation. Exceptional communication and relationship building skills. What's on Offer Process improvement focused role. Long term fixed term contract - 6 months initially. Dynamic and supportive environment. 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
