The Company An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Systems and Compliance Administrator to join this dynamic and award-winning Australian construction company located in Richmond. Their stunning corporate head offices are close to public transport and within walking distance from restaurants, cafes, and retail shops. The company is celebrated for its professionalism, non-hierarchical structure, and strong leadership that promotes a sense of community and makes it an enjoyable place to work.The Role Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Supporting safety initiatives and continuous improvement Collating and assisting with analysis of data trends related to WHS and compliance Scheduling and facilitating monthly training sessions for new employees Managing compliance systems Supporting the development of systematic processes to improve efficiency and compliance Conducting system audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations Drafting internal communications to educate employees about system updates, campaigns, and compliance requirements Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of company objectives and targets What you will need to succeed? Strong administration background focused on data and reporting, with a passion for WHS Proficient in Excel, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems Certificate in WHS Knowledge and experience of A Swims IS, Power BI, and the compliance system Hammertech (desirable) Ability to be proactive in identifying and resolving system and compliance challenges Exceptional organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Enthusiastic, confident, and a ‘can-do’ attitude Apply now to enjoy being part of a successful and professional team.
