What You’ll Do: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for locum and temporary dental professionals. Develop and nurture talent pools to meet short-term and long-term business needs. Leverage technology & data to drive efficient hiring and improve time-to-fill metrics. Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their preferences and career aspirations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning. Ensure compliance with industry standards, visa regulations, and workforce requirements. What You Bring: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment , preferably in healthcare, dental, or locum staffing . Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a consultative and solutions-driven approach. Familiarity with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred) and recruitment marketing techniques.
