What you'll do: As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and building the future of infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: Partnering with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various disciplines, with a focus on finding exceptional talent. Driving innovative sourcing strategies to ensure we attract the best candidates in the market. Advocating for a seamless candidate experience that reflects our brand and values. Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in every step of the recruitment process. What you’ll bring: As a leader in delivering major transport, energy, and building projects, we know that success starts with the right talent. That’s where you come in. Proven experience in talent acquisition delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or project-driven environment. Networks within Civil, Infrastructure, Energy, and/or Construction industries across both White Collar and Blue Collar requirements. A consultative approach, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. Creativity and confidence in sourcing top-tier talent using innovative methods. A deep commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
