The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive MiQ's success. This role ensures a quality candidate experience, guiding them through the full recruitment process. This role collaborates with hiring managers across various departments to understand their talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to: Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Manage open headcount in APAC through direct full-cycle recruitment. Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source and attract qualified candidates for open positions. Develop sourcing strategies that produce a continuous, highly qualified pipeline of professionals for all departments at MiQ for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a brilliant candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support. Project Management: Ensure interview, selection, and closing procedures are adhered to and consistent across searches. Audit feedback and inputs from interview panels, ensuring completion and quality. Keep ATS up-to-date with the most recent candidate information and status in process. Direct diversity and inclusion protocols for hiring and pipelines with the guidance of Global Talent team and HR Director. Partner with HR Director to keep up to date with all applicable laws and regulations, making adjustments as needed for compliance. Promote MiQ as an employer of choice by effectively communicating its culture, values, and opportunities for growth and development. Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop recruitment strategies tailored to their needs. Provide support throughout the hiring process, including job descriptions, identifying interview panels, and scheduling interviews. Organise multiple stakeholders at once and multiple milestones. Excite people about talent programs by demonstrating both personal and business value for them. Find new and better ways of working, then apply or implement solutions to unarticulated needs, new or existing market requirements, creating an environment where the team can take risks. Partner with other Talent Leads and the Global TA team to create a dynamic community of practice across all of MiQ hiring. Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment trends and areas for improvement. What you’ll bring: At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment. Experience working across markets in Australia and SEA. Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies. Experience using Workday would be a huge plus. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information. If you have a passion for the role, please still apply.
