Our opportunity As Taxation Manager, Compliance and Reporting , you will support the Taxation Director in meeting the Mirvac Group's tax compliance and statutory reporting deliverables for the Mirvac group of companies and joint venture entities. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role you will: Prepare income tax calculations, tax documentation and work papers for tax consolidated group and stand-alone entities for tax effect provisioning and tax return lodgement purposes. Prepare Country by Country Reporting obligations. Calculation of ACA entry and exit calculations for entities joining or leaving the Mirvac Ltd tax consolidated group. Luxury Car Non-Deductible Calculations. BAS preparation and review for grouped and non-grouped entities. Assist with revenue authority audits/risk reviews. The technical areas of competence include: Income Tax, CBC reporting, Fringe Benefits Tax, GST, Capital Gains Tax, Tax Consolidations. Your point of difference You are a highly skilled Tax specialist with strong technical tax expertise and a solid understanding of financial reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will be CA or CPA qualified, with prior experience in tax within a corporate environment. You excel both independently and within a team, demonstrating a high level of integrity and resilience when addressing complex and challenging issues. Your ability to think critically and creatively enables you to identify problems and recommend effective solutions, driving innovative and analytical problem-solving across the business. As a strong communicator, you effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and impactful interactions. Attention to detail and advanced Excel skills are essential for success in this role.
