Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Team Assistant to join our organization in Adelaide, Australia. This is a temporary position to cover parental leave on a 4-month contract, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment. Your day-to-day achievements will include: Preparing property reports, submissions, presentations, contracts, statutory and standard forms Prioritising requests from your team, including staff working remotely Assisting in marketing campaigns including the production of marketing materials and updating websites Coordinating client and departmental meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas General administration including travel bookings, invoicing and expense claims management Qualifications To be successful in this role you will: Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills Fast and accurate typing speed Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business Previous experience within real estate or professional services environment desirable Additional Information We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
