What this opportunity involves: We are seeking a Vendor and Contract Manager to join our team at JLL. This is a great opportunity to work on a national portfolio. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, delivering procurement projects, and providing strategic advice primarily related to Facilities Management services. This is an interactive and busy role, and you will be working closely with various stakeholders across the organisation. This role is required in Melbourne or Sydney CBD with hybrid working arrangements. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity leave until 31st December 2025, with the possibility of an extension. Snapshot of the role: Develop and implement procurement strategies and project management processes Manage supplier relationships and negotiations on behalf of clients Ensure compliance with JLL policies, procedures, and legislative requirements Develop annual procurement plans to achieve best value for money Manage all aspects of subcontractor procurement, including scope development and tender evaluation Monitor and audit the performance of subcontractors and third-party suppliers Present strategic supplier performance and key recommendations to stakeholders Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Economics, Business Management, Commerce, or equivalent 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Consulting, or Purchasing Strong project management skills Experience working with senior management Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders of all levels Ability to analyse complex problems and generate solutions Proven ability to meet performance targets Preferred Qualifications: Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2) Experience in Facilities Management or Indirect Category management Qualifications or memberships with professional bodies such as CIPS Exposure to government procurement What you can expect from us: Great employee discounts off fitness & other renowned brands Active Social Club Well-being program Paid time off for volunteer work Career Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firm Premium offices Hybrid / flexible working As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
