Job Description Are you an experienced allied health professional with a passion for leading a team and shaping the next generation of clinicians? You will have a passion for leadership, and whether you have experience in leadership OR are looking for the opportunity to step into leadership on a permanent basis, we would love to hear from you! This role will require you to put your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of the NDIS participants on your caseload and foster the development of others in the team. Our ACT team provides supports to cover NDIS participants living in Canberra, Queanbeyan, Tuggeranong, Gunning, Yass, Gundaroo, Belconnen, Jerrabomberra & surrounding areas. You will... Provide operational and clinical support pending discipline Deliver much-needed therapy services to participants in the community Use clinical observations and standardised assessments, and interpret findings, to formulate treatment goals Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Mentor graduates and early career clinicians Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance What's in it for you? Qualifications To be considered suitable you will have: Degree qualified Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist Current full registration or unrestricted membership with the applicable national professional body in Australia for your field of qualification Proven ability to effectively lead and support allied health professionals in the development of their clinical skills Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment Genuine passion for working in the disability sector Additional Information Click on the Apply button OR call me - Benita Kempton - 0476 795 843 OR email me via email You are welcome here.
